Events & Member RequestsCommunity events, special events, and member mini-quests

Weekly Community Events

If you have an Events Manager and an Event Space room, a community event runs automatically every 7 days (day 5 of each week). Each event:

Events are one of the most efficient ways to generate both revenue and leads while boosting satisfaction. Prioritize them on the Tech Campus scenario, which penalizes you without them.

Player-Scheduled Special Events

You can also schedule named special events (one at a time, 3-day lead time). These require an Events Manager + Event Space.

Member Requests (Mini-Quests)

Once per day, there's a 2.5% chance a member walks up to the front desk with a request. Only one request is active at a time. You have 25 days to fulfill it.

Supply-Aware System

Requests are supply-aware: nobody asks for more phone booths when the floor is already full of them. Each request definition has a target cap that scales with community size. Only requests where current supply + requested count ≤ target are eligible.

Outcomes

Fulfilling member requests is one of the most efficient satisfaction boosters in the game. The +4 buff for 10 days + the lead bonus + the happiness bumps make it almost always worth the investment.

The Social Web

Members form friendships at the coffee machine, lounge, and events. Social factors:

Each member can have up to 4 friends. Friends boost happiness (+2 per friend, capped at +6) and retention (up to -50% daily leave probability). When a friend leaves, remaining friends lose -3 happiness each.
